My Connected Classroom

 There are many ways to be able to connect students in the classroom. Besides making sure to have lots of group activities, whether that is for homework or fun activities during class I will give some other examples. When students feel more connected in their learning environment they are going to learn better too. One way to connect students outside of the classroom is creating discussion groups.

One app that I think would be very helpful and a great start to involving parents in the classroom is remind. I have used it throughout my years of middle and high school, and it has been very helpful to me, but also for me parents. It helped them stay in the loop about different school events, conferences, even big classroom assignments. I think this is especially helpful for elementary ages students though as they may need a little more help remembering things or keeping themselves accountable for assignments and deadlines.
